Generally happy with this hotel given the price.Rooms are small but have flooring which is is amazing, no gross carpets to deal with.Amenities were pretty good, but I would have liked a bit more storage space in the room.
I travelled with my 14 year old son - the hotel is right by a subway station, in the middle of the Theater district.Great ambience in the lobby inviting you to hang out for a coffee or a drink.Small high efficient yet comfy rooms.
Nice gym.A great iPad to control all the different things in the room.We loved it.
Located on 50th just a few feet from Broadway and down from 8th.Across from the Gershwin and Circle in the Swuarw.Easy to check in and get your room.Luxurious and modern hotel. The rooms may be small but they are clean, simple, high tech, and have all you may need.
If your on business or by yourself CitizenM is a perfect fit. They have a full bar located in the lobby and a fantastic breakfast set up in the morning. The staff is friendly and always had a smile on their face. Each person I encountered asked if you needed help.I travel a lot and all over the country, I will definitely keep CitizenM on my favorites list!
It is not easy to find out in NYC a modern hotel for this price.A very good choice. The location is perfect, near times Square, Broadway theatres, Radio City Music Hall, Fifth Avenue.Metro stations very close.
Modern and not complicated at all.
I had a fair share of staying in other hotels like the marriot marquis, however, citizenm by far rates higher in staff, clealiness, cost, and no hidden fees.Dont bring shampoo, conditioner, shower gel or umbrellas...citizenm really goes above and beyond to make shore you are a mobile citizen and they provide everything that you need as if this room and hotel was your very home but away from home.
I will definitely stay again...it was 3 short blocks from time square and surrounded by all the subways you need to get to anywhere you wanted to go.The gym and bar in the place was great and very comfy and great place to network and socialize. The room size is perfect for any two ppl staying in midtown, plus free WiFi which in other places wifi is not free.Trust and believe if you stay in this hotel you will not regret its a very quiet and comfortable place to stay.
I didn't use all of the amenities at the hotel, but the room itself was exceptional.Clean, luxurious, efficient!I really appreciated the small fridge. It allowed me to keep some milk and yogurt so I didn't have to pay $20 for breakfast! The linens on the bed were really the best I've ever experienced in a hotel, I think.
Really nice.I really did like the iPad for the TV, lights and blinds.Exceptional!
I stayed at Citizen M in September when the weather was unusually not humid-loved the hotel and the room, beautiful amenities, sort of a cross between a japanese sleep compartment and a pod in The Matrix.
Clever use of space as the entire window is a wall, so as to maximize the open airy feeling in a smaller area.
Custom ipads, ability to change room color with a single turn of the knob and virtually soundproof except for the construction on the next level below, highlighted my trip.
I was traveling alone...couldn't imagine that room with 2 people, but I loved it>
Room was small but clean and had large bed.Staff very friendly. The only complaint was the bathroom, the toilet is inside a pod like structure with the shower. No privacy if you are sharing a room.Close to a lot of attractions and we walked to terminal five and no problem.
